Does he ever stop - the answer would be..NO!
Here's a short excerpt of Kalen's daily activities. First he climbs on the chair to get on the table, then i tell him no and take him off. then he runs onto the couch and climbs up the arm, i usually let him do that one. then he gets tired of that one and finds his grocery cart to ram into the walls and furniture or he throws everything out of his grocery cart and put's his sippy cup or bottle in it and then spills milk all over the house. Then he gets tired of just pushing his cart, so he has to run something over, usually his big dog named Happy. This all happens within 15 minutes then it's off to go outside to see what he can find out there.

First Pumpkin Patch Expedition
Much better this is the perfect size

When no one is looking, I'll toss this one and get a new one.

But wait there's more.

Got it, now i just have to cart it over to the cashier.

Almost....

Here's one that's pretty good size.

OK, they want me to pick out a pumpkin, but this one is just too heavy.

Hold on, I better see what's in that ditch.

Hey, do i look just like my dad?

But wait, I can climb that hay stack.

Ohh look at that tractor.

Ohhhh, i better check out that corn field.

We took Kalen up to Ojai to Boccali's Pumpkin Patch. He was pretty fascinated by everything but the pumpkins.

Family day at Refugio State Beach
So our family weekend outing turned from driving to San Fransico to driving to San Diego to going out to the islands to driving to Refugio State Beach. With the price of gas and Kalen's attitude towards the car seat, we felt the shorter day trip was much more preferable to spending a bunch of money on gas, hotel rooms and food. We had a great time at the beach, we went for a bike ride and found a secluded beach area with no one in sight (which is really rare in SoCal.) Kalen went from being fully dressed to ending up in his diapers becuase he just couldn't stay away from the water. It was a great little mini-vacation.
