Mr. Walker

So guess what Kalen's been up too. He's started walking. Adam turned 34 on Tuesday, May 20th and I got him a camcorder for his business as well as documenting Kalen's milestones. And he opened it up, turned it on and started filming and Kalen took his first step. It was pretty cool how that all turned out. Getting the movies on the blog is another story, it's taking me over a week to figure out how to get it to upload correctly.

It was bound to happen at some point

Kalen usually hangs out in the bathroom while I take a shower. He is usually busy playing in the drawers getting into my make-up or throwing his bath toys around. It got unusually quiet and knew he was up to something. When I peeked out the shower door, I caught him busily unraveling the toilet paper rolls. I decided it was worth the run for the camera, luckily we don't have many neighbors peering into our windows.

Just joking, adam was going underneath the house and I had asked him to change Kalen's diaper first. If you can't tell Adam is letting his hair grow out:)

Kalen has decided that he needs to scrunch his nose about 20 of the 24 hours during the day. I'm not sure where he learned this trick, but it's one he sure enjoys to do a lot.

Here's a First

Kalen actually fell asleep with the sippy cup in his mouth. I even attempted to remove it, but he would not let go. If only all naps were this easy.

Hey Mr. Truck Driver

Kalen's new favorite toy is pretending he's driving the truck. He really gets his whole body behind it:)

Mr. Coolio

We stopped to play at the park after the strolley ride yesterday. Mr. Coolio doesn't like to wear his shades for long.
